MICHAEL SWANSON, Ph.D. Senior Economist and Agricultural Economist Michael Swanson holds a doctorate in applied and agricultural economics from the University of Minnesota. As Wells Fargo's agricultural economist, Mr. Swanson represents the largest commercial agricultural lender in the country. His expertise focuses on competitive strategy and risk management for a wide variety of crops and livestock throughout the United States and internationally. EUGENIO J. ALEMÁN, Ph.D. Senior Economist Eugenio J. Alemán holds a doctorate in economics with an emphasis in economic development and international trade and finance from Florida International University. Mr. Alemán forecasts national, regional, and international economic trends, focusing on Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. Mr. Alemán also contributes to the analysis of the U.S. economy for Wells Fargo, including interest rates and the Texas economy.
